You are so right! But the milk industry does not want this information to be promoted for sure. Our bodies need to be slightly alkaline to function properly and considering that most of what we eat (processed foods) or drink (coffee, tea, soda, energy drinks, alcohol) is acidic, we need to counter that acidity by eating more raw fruits and vegetables and drinking alkaline water.
