My company just switched to a new domain for our gmail account. We all have new emails. I cannot function without my labels that I’d set up in my old gmail account! I’ve searched how to export these labels and have tried to utilize the Thunderbird platform as suggested by How to Geek. However, I keep getting a message that Thunderbird has failed in connecting to my account so I am stuck. Any suggestions or tips on where to go from here? Thanks!

Thank you. I went step by step with that tutorial and I’m still getting a message from Thunderbird that it failed to find the settings for my account.
Does it matter that my email address is not ‘@gmail.com’? It is run via gmail but it is @companyname.
I’m not 100% sure, but the @companyname may be the problem.
Can you check with your IT manager to ask about this issue ?
I would if I could…but we’re a small start up firm so there’s no IT department. Wamp!
