Move virtual desktop panel to bottom

#1

In your video explaining the use of virtual desktops (https://www.howtogeek.com/197625/how-to-use-virtual-desktops-in-windows-10/ ), the panel with the icons for each desktop is at the bottom of the screen. On my computer this panel appears at the top, which I find inconvenient. I cannot find any advice on how to move this panel to the bottom. Can you help, please?

I’m not 100% sure, but i do think mine used to be at the bottom, and is now at the top.

probably been changed by microsoft.

yeah, now I think about it, the change was made when timeline was introduced. previously the bottom had this, but now with timeline you can scroll down, so i suppose makes sense to shift this to the top.
