What if Dropbox ain't an option ?
There are a bunch of other IFTTT recipes you can use if Dropbox isn't an option. There are recipes to send photos to Google Drive, iOS Photos, One Drive, etc.
From there you'd just need to find an app specific to your service to help sync the data to your phone.
A quick and dirty way for a few photos is to view them on your phone and then do a screen capture. Edit out the FaceBook stuff .
That is exactly what my wife does every day.
That's a clever workaround Brian; in the worst case situation where you cannot save a photo you want to save there's always good old screen capture. =)
