The "myth" was NOT a lie, carrots can help people who suffer from night blindness due to a lack of vitamin A.
Carrot contain high quantities of Vitamin A.

It's too dangerous for me to go swimming. Every time I try to climb out of the pool, someone yells, "Beached whale!" and pushes me back in.
