there are a few other things with this boss that are cool and break the 4th wall...
He asks you to put the joypad down so he can move it with his mind, then the vibration motors kick in and it moves.
At one point during the fight the screen goes blue with a playstation error code for 'system crash' on it..
To beat him (easily that is) you have to plug your joypad into port 2 so he can no longer know what the player is going to do.
The game breaks the forth wall earlier too wen you have to look on the back of the retail box (the game box) to find a code to contact someone, on the back is a screen shot of the conversation with the code there.(this was also put in to try and stop piracy, but I know pirates that just wrote the code on the CD case they gave the game out in)
