The Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine in 1945 was awarded to Howard Florey, Ernst Boris Chain and Alexander Fleming. It was Florey and Chain who developed the large scale production of penicillin. so why haven't you included Florey's name?

Yup I have to agree about Florey. While history makes a big deal of Fleming, really without Florey and his team it would have remained essentially an interesting observation for a lot longer. Florey and co brought it up to a produceable antibiotic that would go on to save so many lives.
