The cow milk does not increase the the amount of calcium in human body. It does the opposite, it reduces it. The cow milk is acid, so body uses it's own calcium to make the body pH neutral.

You are so right! But the milk industry does not want this information to be promoted for sure. Our bodies need to be slightly alkaline to function properly and considering that most of what we eat (processed foods) or drink (coffee, tea, soda, energy drinks, alcohol) is acidic, we need to counter that acidity by eating more raw fruits and vegetables and drinking alkaline water. Been utilizing this water for over two years and have definitely seen many benefits. Hope you are too.
