My question is, what if I want to clear cache for some specific website? This is usually the case with website that just updated itself with new lay out, which will not load properly unless I clear the cache.

You may also want to clear the cache when a website is malfunctioning. Sometime cache seem to corrupt itself and clearing it resolve some website problems.
