Microsoft’s OneNote is now free. Once a Windows-only note-taking application included with Office, it’s now a free cross-platform note-taking service for Windows, Mac, Android, iOS, and the web. This is Microsoft’s free Evernote competitor.
What if I have Office 2013 (or 2010) with OneNote. Will I be able to use it along with the free version of OneNote, and would they sync? I ask because it seems, by how you worded things, that this free version of OneNote is connected to the Office365/Mobile Office solutions, and I don't know how the installed desktop versions of Office interact with the mobile office solutions.
Does the free version include the OCR capability in OneNote?
