One of the big new features in Apple’s iOS 7 is Control Center, which allows you to quickly access and toggle common setting from anywhere. However, Android phones have had quick toggles for a long time.

Use Power Toggles. It's much better way to have quick setting right in application drawer.

Quick note on the Samsung version of the quick toggles: A long press on the toggle will open the respective settings screen. Very handy.

Heheh, thanks. S4-like toggles look nice with Cyanogenmod on a Nexus too.
