Skype is one of those services that’s loved and hated in equal measure. If you find that you ‘have’ to use it because it is the only way some of your contacts will communicate, you’ll be pleased that it’s no longer necessary to have a messaging client installed – it can all be done from within a browser… with a plugin installed.

I don't see any 'Add people' link there. All I have is a bunch of conversations I had earlier. Am I missing something? Is there any other way - direct download link to the plugin maybe? Or this is US only?

It's certainly not US-only... I guess it's possible that the feature hasn't rolled out to your account yet, but I'd have to look into how that was being handled.

I didn't mean 'US only forever'. I just meant that the features are, maybe, rolling out to US residents first.

I don't see as well.
I create Outlook account with address in US (actual IP from US without proxy)
Create Skype account in US
Try to follow all steps, but... Stuck up with "add people to chat"...
Cannot find it
I have only add google and facebook, no any skype
