Android 4.4 added a new screen-recording feature, making it much easier to create video recordings of an Android device’s screen in MP4 format. This is useful when creating walkthroughs and tutorials or just showing off an app.

I really envy you Nexus guys. You've got 4.4, I've got 4.1.2 (that too with CyanogenMod 10).
PS: There is a “show touches” option in Development, somewhere below USB debugging. It allows you to... show touches. Every touch will come as a circle-thing, which can be useful for showing swipes and all for video recording.
