Google’s working on a new launcher for Android, one that seamlessly integrates Google Now. The Google Experience Launcher is officially exclusive to the Nexus 5, but you can easily use it on any other Android smartphone or tablet.

I love this one. I'm already using this on my Nexus 7. Simple, easy, and has my favourite feature of iOS 6 - swipe right for search.

I just installed this on my Samsung Galaxy S4 and it works pretty well.
I was using NovaLauncher to replace the TouchWiz home launcher though it has a couple bugs and more features then I need.
This Google Launcher is a lot closer to the launcher I was used to on my Motorola Droid 4 (before I had to replace it due to it's battery swelling)
So far I'm don't actually have Google Now turned on. I tried it once a bit ago and then turned it off as it didn't seem that helpful for what I do.

I can't get the always listening thing to work on the two devices I tried it on - a Galaxy S3 and a Note 3, neither work when I say "OK Google" while in the home screen. Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere?

Did you turn on Google Now? Works for me fine, tested on Galaxy S4, Galaxy Grand and the old Nexus 7, running Android 4.3, 4.2.2 and 4.4 respectively.
Doesn't work on 4.1, though. At least not on CM10 4.1.2.

Yeah, Google Now is turned on. I've been using it since it first came out. My GS3 has 4.1 on it so that might be the reason. Doesn't explain the Note3 though which is running 4.3. I'll try again and see what happens.
