A funny thing happened after a recent move – after setting up my wireless router in a new apartment, no matter how I tried, I couldn’t change the name of the device’s wired network connection on any of the Windows 8 machines physically attached to it. Puzzling? Very.

I ordered Windows 8.1 Books from Amazon but Amazon sent me an E-mail telling me that the books wouldn't be available until January if ever.
GOOD to have your Windows 8.1 Tips and Tricks.

Nice one! Fortunately, I never need to ‘forget’ WLAN networks. Still, keep it up, nice writing style. MrKittyNet... (snigger)

I went through problems with my IP and had 4 different routers and now have multiple registry entries under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\NetworkList\Profiles with various names is it "safe" to remove the extra 3 entries?
