Opera has just released the first stable version of their revamped browser and will be proceeding at a rapid pace going forward. There is also news concerning the three development streams they will maintain along with news of an update for the older 12.x series for those who are not ready to update to 15.x just yet.

I want to make the switch. My initial trial was positive. The browser was really fast. But the lack of bookmarks is killing me. I'm willing to try the Bookmark to Speed Dial conversion but the Bookmark Importer is greyed out for some reason.

My Opera 15 Bookmark Importer is greyed out too but it looks like it's a known issue.

I manage my own bookmarks via a personal website. I've had too many problems in the past decades with bookmarks managed by various plugins and browsers.
I've been using this new version of Opera for a while now. This reply is via Opera 15 in fact. I love this version of Opera. My biggest worry is probably unique. I worry they will add "features" to it and make in unusable. The best feature they could include would be allowing different versions of the browser to be run at the same time. So if we install Opera 15.1 next month and don't like it we could continue to use Opera 15.0. Cause this version of Opera, 15.0, is fantastic.
