So if the next king (presumably Charles) goes weird and Britain becomes a republic... will losing the monarch profile mean they will have to slap their country's name on their postage -- like everybody else?
Or perhaps postage itself will have become an anachronism by then??

Actually the UK is four countries. England, Wales, Scotland & Northern Ireland.

Wales is not a country but a Principality. Unlike England, Scotland and Northern Ireland, Wales does not have it's own Parliament.
