Actually wanted to mention that the EULAlyzer is pretty good about letting you know just which of those you should be paying closer attention to before you go TL;DR.

300 pages of T&C's ..... why do you need more than two pages? Just list what Terms and Conditions we're agreeing too instead of jargonised legal nonsense. There needs to be a law or regulation to control this, I don't read through the Terms & Conditons because TL;DR
Also there are kids .... yes kids who have to accept these which is illegal. From what I know, no one under the age of 18 can accept these as their a contract
