Prepare to man the defenses because military forces are invading and you are the last hope for your country! The enemy forces will hit quickly and hit hard, so you need to be ready to think strategically ‘on the fly’ as wave after wave breaches the border. Can you hold the line or will the enemy forces succeed in their invasion?

@howtogeek Have you tried Amazing Alex? Awesome game, made by Rovio too.

OK Game looks good... However:
- Only 1 mission for free?
- Full of bugs(game speed switch doesn't work, the pause/play switch sometimes stop working, if you block an enemy from going straight forward, he will always choose to go "down", etc)
- Needs a lot of improvements: You don't know the damage, the fire rate of every tower nor after upgrading; it has only 3 upgrades; you don't know the details of each enemy)
I'm sorry but it's not that good...

I've been playing Fieldrunners for years - it's a great game. And yeah, most of the best games aren't free, but that's just fine. The people that spend years programming them deserve to get paid.

I would never buy a game with that tone of bugs and missings..

I've played Fieldrunners on multiple different devices for years and have never encountered bugs or problems with the game. I'm pretty sure you have to unlock the fast forward switch by playing the game until you beat the first level, the same might be true for some of the other things.
In any case, you don't like it, that's fine.

Look I don't mean to be rude at all, but you can't be serious. It's like I am playing starcraft and, in order to use hotkeys, I need to complete the whole game? No man, there are features, like new maps and towers, ok, you need to buy or to upgrade.... But the forward or the pause button... THEY HAVE TO WORK from the very first moment! How much are they paying you?
geek — 2013-05-21T11:04:00-04:00 — #8
One would assume that you purchased Starcraft, right? I mean, they don't give it away for free.
You downloaded a free trial and now you're complaining that features aren't available?
This is a game that I personally play and enjoy, and have for years now. Just because you have a different opinion than me is no reason to come in here and start bashing the game without any solid arguments and then accuse me of being paid. That's the type of thing a troll does.

I laughed so hard at that my dad was looking at me like I was mad.

Right, but starcraft is worth to buy it, because it has no bugs like the pause function getting stuck and making you restart the game...

I always presumed that StarCraft was like WoW, one of those really boring 3rd person magical fairy-tale stories...
You know, those games which people grow the worst beards and have 2 day raids at 3 o' clock in the morning.
A little sad, right...
jsanchezmza — 2013-05-23T17:32:46-04:00 — #12
What? I'm sorry have you ever played any starcraft? Doesn't look like you have. And BTW, it's not the game what makes you be something, but the person. If you are sad, it's not because of playing certain games or doing certaing activities, it's because of who you are, like commenting without knowing anything about the topic...

I've seen people play the game for 10 hours at a time. People who are so engrossed in their game that they forget to eat.
The game may not be you, but it shapes you. The environment shapes you into who you are and what others see you as.
And I'll ignore the nicely worded attempted insult.
I am entitled to voice my opinion on the forums, and I shall.
So there is no need to be so butthurt
Because, if your self-esteem is based around what other people think of you...online... then you really are a very very sad person.
jsanchezmza — 2013-05-28T12:09:36-04:00 — #14
You probable did see people doing so, but you not doing so doesn't make you better or worse, just different. Of course, I wouldn't say it's a healthy way of living, but that's not something anyone has the rights to judge. The game shapes you, yes, in case you allow it to do it. That people wouldn't play those games if they were not the way they are, or if they didn't like that. Ignore what you want, but you have been offensive too and first. I know who and what I am, and your opinion won't change that. But judging other people is not right, and it's really the sad thing here.

O.K, I just posed a generalized opinion, but you can enjoy being who and what you are.
I seriously cannot be bothered to argue with you and I was just expressing my opinion.
So if you want, you can tell your fellow clan-mates that you 'won the argument against some random guy on the internet' when you are enjoying a raid at 3 in the morning.
Frankly I am past caring.

hmmm define clan-mates?
In the meantime, I'm happy with only having posted my opinnion, like yours(and an impartial one, not like yours)
