I had the same problem for about a year. I finally realized it was a faulty keyboard. Some weeks it was fine and others it was every other day. I turned off the wake up through keyboard and it finally stopped.

Some of the computers I process have a BIOS scheduled wakeup option. Since that would take place before Windows loaded, I wonder if the Power Option fix might not work to disable those?
